Looks like the name "Evil Twin" has caught on. The attack on Wi-Fi users — where a malicious access point is placed in range of users and given the SSID of a network that the users trust, tricking them into connecting — has gotten more coverage, this time in PC World. It's good to see some coverage there. PC World is a consumer-oriented publication, and there is a lot of ambivalence about Wi-Fi security in that space.
